How Does NLP and Mindfulness Influence Our Dreams,by Rebecca Davis

Can dreams predict our health issues,and illness?

Some health and spiritually observed research suggests that certain types of dreams that we have can be a cognitive spiritual reaction from our soul ,and it may help predict the onset of an illness, or a mental decline in our body. Health in the dream realm has been slightly studied, and what information we do have about our dreams can be psychological, spiritual, and culturally influenced.

With many life coaches and spiritual coaches entering into the stress coaching and NLP industry we often find deep rooted conversations with our clients and there dreams that may however at times deal with there health. For example, in people with Parkinson’s disease, dreams containing negative emotions are correlated with future cognitive decline.

And I personally have had clients with breast cancer dream of there breast being attacked,or them having nightmares where there is something heavy sitting on there chest. Our body and mind will speak to our spiritual beings and many people go through life ignoring the subliminal signs.

Recent research, which was presented at the American Academy of Neurology, indicates that acting out one’s dreams through kicking, talking, and jumping may be a sign of dementia, while anecdotes about dreams that prophesize cancer, tuberculosis—even impending heart attacks—have merit.Dreams can be a precognitive meaning in which they can point to the future. You cannot always know for sure if a dream is precognitive until after the fact. There can be warnings in your dreams of soon to be future events. For instance look at the dream Caesars wife had for telling his death,and the dream of King Pointus wife had about him and Jesus. Historical and social evidence has shown how our dreams can influence our health in certain areas of our lives. There are warnings that you should be aware of, and mindfully we need to train our brain and subconscious level to be aware and when to avoid.

So the answer to this question is yes,our dreams can influence and help our mental and physical health.

7 Toxic People You Should Avoid:

1. Those who spread negativity
2. Those who criticize you all the time
3. Those who waste your time
4. Those who are jealous of you

These people don’t have to be boyfriends or girlfriends,they can be coworkers, family,neighbors,so called friends,people who you congregate with. Just because you have to associate or communicate with these people you do not have to let there negativity overrun your life.

5. Those who play the victim
6. Those who only care about themselves
7. Those who keep disappointing you

Rebecca’s advice, don’t allow your time,money,and soul be used,abused and robbed by people who don’t truly love or care for you. It hurts to cut close friends and family from you,but YOU have to take care of you. YOU matter and at the end of the day when all people and things are gone it is just YOU and GOD that is tethered together.

Relationships mean relation ,if you are the only one giving and there always taking ,that’s not a relationship. Relation means to have relations with one another.

Make a list of all the people who bring you anxiety,hurt,frustration and pain. Then beside there name write the root cause of them doing this to you. Then in another colum ask yourself how can I avoid there actions. Don’t blame yourself. I want you to forgive them and yourself for the situation. Forgiveness is a pathway for healing.

DEALING WITH STRESS AND WORKING FROM HOME AS THE NORMAL CAN BE TOUGH!

With epidemics and national crisis at our front doors many people are forced to work from home. Those individuals who are blessed with jobs are facing the tasks with setting up home offices for the first time. It can be stressful and challenging for beginners.

People who have been working from home have enough patience,focus,and dertimination to focus on work. New individuals are freaking out and are getting overwhelmed with this new concept. Getting advice from work at home pros is a great way to adapt to the new norm. Many companies are making the decision to continue work from home managemnt .

This is saving companies the money on leasing and rent ,and also paying to keep areas clean and using extra supplies and having waste. Many employees are enjoying the work at home life as well. The adjustment is stressful for some individuals who are use to there old way of normalcy.

What Is Causing The Stress?

Those who work from home for a living naturally will have a different experience during this new change.

People who naturally work from home have less stress than those who do not regularly work at home. This is because those who work from home are set up permanently not temporary. People who have to learn to adjust to the new changes may experience some stress in adjusting to the new existence.

You know adjusting to a new social decrease with familiarity of human contact. Many people will have mood adjustments about there lack of familiar socialization and lack of traditional scenery,communicating,schedules,family balance. This is what is causing the stress.

We See The Triggers But Lets Focus On The Positive Solutions.

BUT first lets give honor to GOD because many people are suffering and wish they had a job or had the option to work from home. Okrrrr!

There are the many resolutions and coping strategies of working from home, we must first acknowledge that still having a job and the ability to earn a paycheck is a blessing during this crisis. For some this may be temporary or a permanent reality. No matter what the situation is ,no matter how dim it gets, remember no matter what faith you practice GOD is watching over us.

Solutions To Try

1. Jazz up your scenery , make your space organized and positive in nature. Just because you are at home that does not mean you get to be lazy ,slumful and unprofessional.

Clean your area and get the tools and supplies you need to complete your job.

Find a quite place and make the best out of it.

2. Get dressed like you would at the firm. Don’t work in pjs . GET DRESSED! Put on makeup,groom your self.

3. Eat and pray before work. Eating healthy helps you to focus and maintain energy. Get some healthy snacks to munch on while you work.

Pray or say positive affirmations is a great way to stay mentally centered in a positive light.

4. Stay in contact with collegues threw social media.Chat,text,skype etc…

5. Hire a life coach , life/business coaching is in high demand and the tools we offer are useful.

6.Take breaks,walk around your home. Go outside! It is good for your health and mental focus.

7. Set boundaries and a schedule.

Don’t allow tv,phone calls ,husband on Tic Toc to break your focus or professionalism. Set rules on who can enter your space and on noise levels.

8. Have a mentor in your field who you can call upon for advice. Don’t stress out if you need help. Ask for help and advice from peers.

9. Use color therapy for inspiration. Its a great way to improve your work mood.

10. Have a regular routine and schedule. Consistancy will matter in your success.

I am a blogger, author and stress consultant and life coach and I see the hidden signs in all of us daily. The world does not notice these signs and how they could apply to anyone. I believe GOD made us all unique and we are all creative in one way or another and we all can express suddle emotions and characteristics of depression. But it is the little signs that kill and destroy big opportunities in our life. We are so busy and consumed with other matters before we put our needs in the front line.

There are many causes of depression; in my work I focus on people’s needs to accomplish there goals and daily tasks,Some people just want to create art and to make meaning music , and on how a daily bases many people just want to deal with a physical change in there life.

These quests can lead to the emotions of depression that arises when those needs and goals go unmet for whatever reason.

Low Grade Depression is called dysthymia, and it often goes unnoticed and thus undiagnosed and untreated.
Even though dysthymia is regarded as a lesser form of depression, it should be taken seriously.The symptoms of depression can affect your life negatively . It csn challenge relationships across the board and with no treatment it can interfere with your health, family, and social life.

Depression causes stress and fatigue on the body. That’s why we need to exercise at least 15 min a day.

Whether its areobics,walking ,meditation or lifting weights.

Take low grade depression seriously and educate people on the issue.

I want you to take some time today ,just 15 minutes ,grab a pen and paper,or tablet and we are going to make a list. This list will be about your monthly goals . The list can be as short as you want it or as long as you want it. You can add to your list or extend it for accomplishment.

Inspiration comes from everywhere and from anyone the best teacher you will ever meet is life. Life experience is what makes us wise and it fuels our mundane nature. There are a countless number of speeches and stories that we will hear from birth until our death that can teach us an incalculable number of life lessons. When we go through life we dont know what to expect from our daily living. Life teaches us to not fear failure no matter how bad things become.

Life teaches us to never settle. Life teaches us to make our beds every day and GOD teaches us to be humble and to lay in our own beds. Life teaches us that we’re a part of a greater existence. Life teaches us that life isn’t something you can plan. Life teaches us to not sweat the small stuff. Life teaches us that success can be distracting.

Life’s lessons teach us that you really can beat the odds. Life reminds us that we each have the courage to overcome challenges. Life reminds us that some things are more important than success. Life teaches us that even if you keep it safe, you can still fail so you might as well go big and take a risk at life. Life can teach us that it’s the hard times that determine if someone really loves you. If they stick around for the worst then they will be there for the best. Life shows us that when you’re passionate about something and when you try hard enough, you can accomplish almost anything.

We all go threw sickness and lets face it ,it really sucks!

Don’t let sickness stress you out ,fight it physically, mentally and spiritually.

Stress can bring on sickness,and sickness stress.But it is how we deal with the situation that is handed to us that really counts.

BECOME A SICKNESS FIGHTER!

When you are stressed out about your health ,try receiting biblical or inspirational quotes or sermons, it helps to boost the morale and the mind.

When our mind becomes uplifted so does our bodies become. Did you know listening to inspirational or up beat music helps to calm the spirit. Try it when you have a cold or when you are recuperating. Having a positive environment helps you to heal and it combats the stress of illness. Try these quotes out for a sample.

  • I will be healed by powers beyond my control.
  • “Heal me, O Lord, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise.” ~ Jeremiah 17:14

Everyone has a past some good and some bad. The Past can help shape our future by the choices we make,but our past does not define us. What defines us is our present conscious of the mind and characteristics we show and value. We are people who change constantly. We can change our behaviors and beliefs ,we can’t change our past ,but we can change our right now for the future.

Now I want you to ask yourself right now who are you? What Defines You? Only You And GOD can do this.

Material things can’t define you ,they fade away. People can’t define you they too can fade away.

You are here NOW and you are living right now so define who you are from your soul

GOD defines us by his will and instruction. GOD knows every detail of who we are. The question is do you know who you are? The past is the past ,but right now is our future and past.
